In this Spring class, we’ll taste 5 seasonal cheeses and 4 wines, focusing on the how seasonality makes them different and why. We’ll discuss how the styles of cheeses developed then taste them with wines to see how they pair and what changes, then add in other elements and see what happens. Is the whole greater than the sum of the parts?
Each class will be fun for the professional, the foodie and those who just know that love cheese but don’t have a clue why. Alison’s teaching style is all about making nerding out on the curd fun and informative.
