Let’s celebrate fromage in the intimate setting of the lovely Brimmer & Heeltap in Ballard.
In this class, we’ll taste 5 regional cheeses and 4 wines from France, focusing on the how the developed together, explore their terroir and makes them different. We’ll discuss the classuic styles, taste them with wines to see how they pair and what changes, then add in other elements and see what happens. Are the classic pairing really the best?
Each class will be fun for the professional, the foodie and those who just know that love cheese but don’t have a clue why. Alison’s teaching style is all about making nerding out on the curd fun and informative.
