I’ll be out at Quillisascut for the week working with the amazing team of Chef Karen Jungensen, Rick & Lora Lea Misterly, teaching culinary professionals how to milk goats, make cheese, harvest food and experience what it takes to feed ourselves using only ingredients from the garden and products from local farms.

Beer & Cheese Pairing in the Black Heron Lounge on Thursday, July 11th, 5-8pm (or until we sell out!)

We'll be offering a curated pairing of 4 of specially brewed mixed-fermentation beers & artisan cheeses.

The Black Heron Project is a passion project of Fremont Brewing where they create small-batch, experimental beers that focus on and highlight local grain, local hops, and local fruit.

This will be an amazing night!
